I would recommend buildet foundation repair to anyone with any type of foundation issues. I contacted Mr. Montgomery on December 10th, 2010, about leveling my concrete porch steps. That same week, he came to look at the steps and gave me a bid. His price beat the previous bids I had received and he also explained exactly how he would correct my steps. Mr. Montgomery was a pleasure to work with and my steps turned out great! His work is very professional and my steps were finished in a short amount of time. I will be using buildet foundation repair for any other foundation issues that arise.

Last year, Joshua and his crew repaired a crack in my basement wall. Haven’t had a problem since. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable of their work. I can’t say the same about two other companies that quoted on the job.

We asked Josh to come bid on two cracks we had in our basement foundation that were leaking. We got his name from a neighbor who had previously had Josh handle a much more complicated situation in his basement, and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We got other bids from two big name companies, Josh beat both.

We had major flooding in our basement and needed sump pump installed-emergency type job. Josh came in, recommended the best course of action. I was wanting more, but he convinced me his way was better and would resolve our problem with some trenching and 1 sump pit in only 1 area and cost a lot less.

Buildet Foundation just finished installing a french drain along my basement footers on two sides of the house (which requires exterior digging to footers), repairing 3 large cracks, installing 3 window wells, and also downspout drains to the street. In my opinion a fairly large job (he was here 6 days total).

Josh Montgomery did foundation repairs for me today at a very reasonable price. He even noticed something that needed to be done that had not been on our contract. He did those repairs as well without extra charge. I recommend Buildet Foundation Repair wholeheartedly.

We had a problem with moisture and mold in our basement, as well as a small leak which caused wet carpet on the north room of our basement last spring. We dreaded having someone come in with a backhoe and dig by the foundation, especially since we had built a big deck off the back of the house right where the digging would need to be. Another man had used a backhoe by our house and put a hole in our siding, so we were a little nervous, even though we knew the work had to be done. Josh said he could do the work for us at a great price so we asked him to do the job. He started the work on a Friday and was totally finished 24 hours later. Not only did he do a great job, but he was very fast, very courteous, and very thorough. Also, I expected our yard to be a mess, but everything was cleaned up, and the soil was back in place.
